Orders – Orders may be placed through this website. Inventory levels reflect the actual quantity In Stock. The website will not allow orders greater than quantity In Stock (ie Dyed-to-Order requests). Please contact by email lilredkettlehead(at)gmail(dot)com to find out if I can meet your requirements. In most cases, orders will be shipped on the Next Business Day from the date of the order.
These fibres are dyed in a smoke-free, dog-friendly environment. While care is taken to ensure there is no contamination, if you have severe allergies, this may not be the product for you.
Each skein/fibre is Unique, there are no Dye Lots. Colourways will change often, and are not guaranteed to be restocked. I will do my best to ensure photos shown represent batches currently available for sale. If you see something you like, its best to grab it while it’s in stock! Due to methods used to apply the colours, there can be variations even within skeins dyed in the same batch. For best results, Please alternate skeins throughout, or blend-in skein transitions, when using multiple skeins within a project.
Prices – All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars.
Taxes – Canadian Orders: Applicable Canadian taxes are NOT included in listed prices. These will be calculated during the Checkout process. USA and International Orders (Outside Canada): Any applicable duties, customs fees and taxes are the sole responsibility of the Purchaser.
Shipping – Shipping Cost is estimated by a Canada Post App based on order weight and delivery address provided with the order. A few quoted options will be offered during Checkout process. Tracking information will be provided with shipment notification if available. Shipping Times will vary depending on service level chosen and distance, but will often be 2-10 days (International customers may take longer) from date of shipment. This time frame does NOT including any customs clearance delays. Duties, Taxes and Customs Fees for US and International customers are sole responsibility of purchaser.
Payments – All payments made on this website are securely processed through Square. Accepted Credit Cards are Visa, Mastercard, American Express or others as made available by Square. Li’l Red KettleHead does not retain your credit card information.
Returns – If you are unhappy with your purchase, I would like to be the first to know! Preferably within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Please contact me by email at lilredkettlehead(at)gmail(dot)com so that I can begin to set things right! Unless in case of product defect, all returns must be in original, saleable condition. Liability will be limited to original cost of goods purchased.
